Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?
At this time, insurance is NOT accepted but will be available soon. Right now, I only offer private pay and sliding scale. I can provide a superbill if you want to try for out-of-network reimbursement.

How much are sessions?
Standard sessions (45–53 minutes) are $70. Sliding scale is available for those who qualify. I also offer limited pro bono spots on a case by case basis. Just ask to see if one’s open!

Do you offer couples counseling?
Not yet, but it’s coming soon! I’ll be adding it as a service in the near future.

Do you offer anything besides therapy?

Yes! I offer VA disability claim consulting. If you're a veteran trying to get your mental health claim together, I am here to help. I’ve been through that process myself, so I can assist you with understanding what things are needed and feel more prepared, without the stress.

What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you in. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll move at your pace, focus on what feels most important right now, and take it one step at a time.

What’s your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged $50, and no-shows are charged the full session fee.

How do I schedule a session?
You can fill out the contact form or email me directly to get started. Once we connect, I’ll send over all the info you need to book your first session.

Do you offer consultations before scheduling?
Yes! Feel free to book a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video. It’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if we’re a good fit before moving forward.
